WINNERS OF TRAVELWISE WEEK AWARD

Peninsula Primary had great success in the travelwise week awards. 

Our walking bus parents and students won $200 worth of books for the school learning centre on the strength of the network of ‘bus’ routes they have begun building up.  

This is a very timely win as our wonderful parents in charge are trying to extend bus routes and increase passengers.  

 Well done.

 Basketball Champions

Champions, two years running!  Peninsula’s basketball ‘A’ team proved once again a force to be reckon with.  

 Held at the Trust Stadium, Peninsula Primary School showed class and brilliance throughout the day.  Captained by Izac Tetevano-Hibbs, leadership and sportsmanship was key in the final outcome of the days competition. Congratulations to the Peninsula ‘A’ team on producing another outstanding performance.  

Lily Close, of Room 6, is the schools first Gold Certificate Winner of 2011.

To earn a gold certificate you need to receive 5 green certificates and then bring them to school.
